Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 17, 2011, Expedite Joseph Howard at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, Stephenville Crossing at the age of 89 years. He was a former member of the Newfoundland Ranger Force and The Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Leaving to mourn his wife Alicia and one son, Dan (Barb) of Stephenville; three daughters: Linda (Roger) Holdright of Orleans, Ontario, Leona (Albert) LeGrow of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Darlene (Terry) Hawco of Stephenville; five grandchildren: Danielle Nettleton, Jason Holdright, Kim Maskel, Shelley Levy and Brandi Muldoon; five great-grandchildren and one sister, Ann Lawlor of St. John's and a large circle of relatives and friends. Friends may call at Russell's Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, April 20th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen's Parish, West Street, Stephenville with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville.
